Summer Recap

WOW! It's already the last half of July! Where has this summer gone?! It's been a while since we've recapped on here, but the office has just been crazy with all of our check in/check outs. This year, we were at 100% capacity from the weekend of July 2-9! What an amazing 4th of July/Blue Angels week we had! In case you missed it, below are videos showing the fireworks from 4th of July and just a little taste of the amazing air show our very own Blue Angels put on this year!

The beach has been booming. The good news is the summer isn't over yet! We still have exciting things coming up out here to see and do! If you're still making plans to hang out on the beach, view the Visitor's Information Center calendar here. Every Tuesday is our favorite hang out, Bands on the Beach! Any Pensacola local or summer guest knows how much fun those can be! We're going to drag out every last second of summer we can, and hope you are too!

Mother's Day Weekend

What a gorgeous weekend for all the Mothers out there to celebrate their special day! We had lots of great guests check in this weekend to celebrate with their mom's on the beach! Looking forward to hearing how they enjoyed it!

This year the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra put on a fabulous concert at the Pensacola Beach Gulf Side Pavilion. The turn out was GREAT and the weather was perfect. There was a nice breeze blowing all night to keep things cool. The orchestra was just fabulous! The first half of the concert was a patriotic tribute to celebrate 100 years of Naval Aviation here at NAS Pensacola and the music was enough to give you chills!

The second half of the concert was a trip through the movies including an incredible rendition of the theme song from the Pirates of the Caribbean. What an amazing show! Will definitely attend the next show they play on the beach!

For those of you who missed this event, the good news is that there are lots of other musical events planned for the summer! Check out the Pensacola Beach event page at visitpensacola's website to see all the exciting things coming to our lovely beaches! You may want to plan your vacation accordingly. Have a wonderful Tuesday and we hope to see around the beach soon!

The weather here on Pensacola Beach has been just gorgeous! That means it's wedding season again. We've had lots of brides checking in with us here at Paradise Beach Homes and their weddings have been just gorgeous! This past Saturday our wedding specialist, Laura, had the privilege of attending one of the beautiful weddings held at 500 Avenida 14. (This house is perfect for a wedding for any of you future brides out there needing ideas!) Thought we would post some pictures to share with all of you as well! To see more pictures check out the album on our Facebook page! Enjoy!

I'm here!

Finally! I'm back to beautiful, sunny, warm Pensacola Beach, Florida! I know it sounds crazy, but I flew north for the winter to visit my relatives, and man was it cold! I can't tell you how excited I was to see that big Beach Ball on Pensacola Beach that let me know I was back home! I think next year the family will have to come down and visit me! I just missed my beach too much while I was away!

While I was gone, I had an idea. I want to share my love of Pensacola Beach with everyone! It's warming up and the beach is back in full swing. There is so much to do here, I thought I could share my favorite adventures with everyone else. I'll hang out at Paradise Bar & Grill, I'm gonna go watch the Blue Angels beach show, and do pretty much anything else you can think of out here! Maybe I'll even rent one of those Funny Cars this year... hmm...

Since I can't be everywhere, you will also see posts from time to time from some of my favorite fill in bloggers! You will see posts from the awesome ladies that hold down the fort in the Paradise Beach Homes vacation rental office. I'll let them tell you about some of their adventures on our sparkling white sands. Even more exciting, I'm going to try to get some of our visitors to tell us about their adventures as they stay in the awesome homes they rent from Paradise Beach Vacation Homes. (Look into having your vacation on our beach, by checking out their website to find your dream vacation home!)Their stories out to be interesting, especially from our first time visitors!

I hope you're all as excited as I am! Check back soon to see what I've been up to, and in the mean time keep your eye out for me, because I'm EVERYwhere you're going to want to be!

Love,
Fred
